You've heard it from us, having fun in Chicago is NOT cancelled! 


We want every one of you to celebrate, hang out, kick back and enjoy the Chicago we all fell in love with!

Our world around us has changed, thus the way we entertain and come together has changed. That just means we need to come together in a socially-safe way to protect our community and ourselves. We have a full socially-safe plan detailed below. Please feel free to contact us if you have any specific questions. Your safety and health is of utmost importance!

CHI-Together is committed to keeping attendees, employees, vendor partners and the community healthy and safe. As the COVID-19 pandemic is still effecting our local communities, we will take all precautions necessary in ensuring the health and safety of everyone. 


The health and safety of our team, partners and attendees are of utmost importance. All CDC and State of Illinois guidelines will be followed. We are ensuring that all Pedestrian and Drive-In Events are meeting or exceeding local standards.

Precautions - Attendees

  • All attendees will be asked to wear a mask/facial covering on site. PPE available for purchase on site.
  • Masks will be required when outside of the vehicle.
  • Ticketing is pre-purchased online. No tickets will be sold on site to reduce interaction and transmission.
  • Every-other parking space (8-foot distance) is left empty to promote and maintain social distancing. Each space is a dedicated 12X8 parking spot. 
  • No more than 6 people per designated spot. 
  • Attendees are asked to remain in their vehicles when not using the restroom facilities, or purchasing from concessions. Attendees permitted to sit on their vehicles or just in front of them. The empty spaces in-between vehicles is intended for a socially safe environment and will be enforced by staff and security.
  • Attendees who fail to follow safe distancing at the request of staff will cause the attendee to be subject to ejection of the event. No refunds given.
  • Ticket Purchaser names will be collected at ticket purchase to assist with contact tracing, as needed.
  • Restroom facilities will be constantly cleaned and sanitized with a dedicated cleaning crew per restroom bay. Minimum 15 minute cleaning rotations. 
  • (4) Restroom bays total will be place in each corner of the lot to prevent as much attendee cross-over and contact as possible. 
  • Each restroom bay will consist of 3 standard restroom facilities and 1 ADA-accessible facility, a dedicated sanitation team member, 2 hand sanitizing stations and appropriate markings for socially distant waiting lines. 
  • Concessions will be marked with all socially distant signage and enforced by the catering and Fueled Events Teams. 
  • A list of hygiene and sanitation recommendations will be sent to all attendees and listed on the events website.
  • Cashless concessions to minimize the risk of contact. 
  • The lot will be categorized into four (4) quadrants. Each quadrant will be allowed to go to concessions/restrooms in their quadrant only and when advised to by staff.

Precautions - Team & Vendor Partners

  • Staff and vendor partners will be monitored daily with routine temperature checks at the start of each shift. If temperature checks deem 4 points above average - staff personnel will be required to leave. 
  • Staff and vendor partners names will be collected daily to assist with contact tracing.
  • Staff and vendor partners will be required to wear a mask at all times. 
  • Staff and vendor partners will be required to hand sanitize frequently. 
  • Team Tent will have a sanitation station and access to disposable masks as needed. 
  • Sanitation team will consist of both a Soldier Field provided crew and led by the Fueled Events Team with regular sanitation checks. 
  • All staff equipment will be sanitized at the start and end of every shift before it is used and before it is returned at the end of the night (radios, event packs, etc.) 
  • All spaces will be sanitized regularly using FDA recommended products and practices.
  • Abundant health and safety signage will exist throughout, reminding staff and vendor partners about the importance of hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene, and etiquette.
  • Self-screening questionnaire to be filled out daily by all staff on site. 
  • Any employee who has contracted COVID-19 to follow all CDC guidelines before returning to work. 
  • CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting to be followed for any employee identified as COVID-19 positive through testing.
  • All staff and vendor partners who have had close contact with any person diagnosed with COVID-19 should self-quarantine according to CDC guidelines
  • Team tents will be separated throughout the lot to encourage less contact with other groups. (AV / Catering / Fueled Events will each have a separate Team tented space to eliminate non-necessary cross-contact. 

Hygiene and Sanitation Recommendations

  • Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds prior to eating, during breaks, when you return home from work. Wash hands throughout the day when convenient. 
  • On-site, please use hand-sanitation stations after using restroom facilities, purchasing from concessions or coming touching a high-contact surface such as doors, counters, etc.  
  • Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze at the elbow, with your sleeve or a disposable tissue.
  • Use a mask when in public. Masks/facial coverings will be required when outside of your vehicle.
  • Do not touch the front of the mask. Wash a cloth mask each day after using it.
  • Do not touch your face. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth if you have not washed your hands!
  • Maintain social distance (2 meters or 6 feet) from other attendees. Avoid close contact with people at common areas and public spaces.
